My paintings for the last several years have become more abstracted with design and color. "Evening Shadows" is a good example of my proposed abstract-design, painted on a realistic three-dimensional surface. We all have a personality that has a great effect on the way we use color. I try to use creative colors on all of my paintings... from receding cool and advancing warm, to strong complementary.
